A callus shaver is just a shaving device on a handle. There are various differences between them, but they all do the same thing. This method requires daily use for best results but has good results for smooth feet when done properly. Using a callus shaver is safe and when used properly, won't cut you.
The downside is that you need to buy replacement blades like any other shaver. Manufacturers caution that you should not use it on live skin and do not use it if you are diabetic or a hemophiliac.
